All payments should be made in full. Your card will be charged immediately as orders are placed. Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will be led to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted.
Processing time to complete an order is 5-7 business days.
Orders will we shipped with 3 days after being processed.
We are not responsible for any shipping and deliveries that may be
affected by natural disasters or local carriers.

2. Products & Services Wigphoria specializes in custom wigs, ready-to-wear wigs, and hair extensions. Slight variations in color, curl pattern, density, lace tint, or construction may occur. We make every effort to accurately display product details, textures, and colors; however, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.
3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped. Wigphoria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
4. Processing & Shipping Processing times vary depending on whether the item is ready-to-ship or custom-made. Ready-to-ship wigs typically ship within 3–7 business days, while custom or preorder items require additional processing time. Once your order has shipped, Wigphoria is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of wigs and hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered. Exceptions may be considered if:
-You received the wrong item
-Your order arrived severely damaged
-An error was made by Wigphoria regarding your order.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video proof. Wigs that have been worn, altered, brushed out, cut, colored, customized, or tampered with in any way will not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.
6. Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be canceled once construction has started.
7. Wig Care Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and longevity of your wig or extensions. Wigphoria is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, incorrect product usage, or poor maintenance practices.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, branding, images, videos, graphics, product names, captions, and text— is the property of Wigphoria and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Wigphoria shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. By purchasing from Wigphoria, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on installation, maintenance, and styling practices.
10. Privacy Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to complete transactions or comply with legal obligations.
